First time customer with Kent and Sussex Tea and Coffee Company. The teas I ordered are excellent, it is just a shame how slow they are delivering and their communication. I received no confirmation e-mail when I ordered so I was left guessing if it had been processed. A follow up e-mail had no reply. The teas arrived after 10 days. I will definitely give these guys another go I just hope that they improve their processing and distrubution.

First order with this company, aside from. An order confirmation I have received no further communication on when I will receive my order. Emailed 2 days ago asking the question and have received no response. I have now requested to cancel the order as not convinced it will arrive, certainly.not intime for the recipient fortunately I paid with PayPal if any further issues as I think they may be a scam company, avoid, avoid, avoid

I'm so glad I stumbled upon this company while scrolling online. I ordered a few different teas, which arrived quickly and well packaged.
I recently tried the "Pluckley tea". I absolutely love this tea. It has now become my favourite out of all the brands I've tried throughout my travels. I'll definitely be ordering from here again and stocking up for the winter. I'm going to add coffee to my next order and hope it will be as pleasant as the tea.

I’ve ordered a selection of teas from them a couple of times & have been really pleased with them.

I can only drink decaf/ low caf teas & their selection is great - I’ve tried a few of their flavoured green teas & really enjoyed them.

Great to find mixtures that aren’t just fruit or rooibos based teas.

Subtle, flavoursome, not overpowering & no bitterness.

I found their customer service very helpful on the phone - patiently went through a few of their teas to narrow down what would be most suitable for me.

Recently bought three bags of the delicious Pluckley Teabags. They taste great. Taste far better than Twinnings tea. These big companies will need to up their game to compete with their rivals in the provinces.

I am a new customer, the teas seem reasonable but they take forever to be dispatched....are they coming directly from China? I ordered well over a week ago and have only today received a dispatch notice. I didnt seem to get a confirmation email either so wasnt sure whether my order had actually been received.

Chose a local company to support Kent businesses. Ordered a coffee hamper as a gift on 11th Aug. No communication since the order confirmation email was received. No dispatch or tracking info as promised. No replies to 2 chasing emails. Birthday now missed 9 days later! Refund requested and still no reply. Very disappointing.

Factory shop down a little lane. Huge list of tea and coffee at good prices, in range of sizes, packaged while you wait after you choose from the menu. They're a great bulk tea importer. You see the warehouse, the staff seen treated well.

I think their website is a hindrance Tu their packet sales to small consumers. It's jinky. Buggy. I'd rate the website less.

But I'd give 6 stars for the shop if I could
