Work in highly cold conditions and temperatures between 2 degrees to 8 degrees Celsius.
Hours of work is 12 hours per day, but sometimes you can be sent home as early as 10 am to 13:30 without caring about how far you have travelled.
The location is very far and remote.
Transport to work has to be arranged in advance. If you close early, you have to wait for others till 6 pm.
They don't care about the agency staff. If they send you home early, you are on your own - it's either you wait till 6 pm when the buses depart, or you spend a lot of money on transport to get back home.
The treatment of workers, especially the agency staff, is very poor and can be related to modern slavery.
Toilet system for workers is a very poor condition.

Very clean and tidy site.
Had to wait for about 30 minutes before I was approached by someone that could unload me.
Many staff/pedestrians walking across site using proper highlighted walkways but with no high visibility clothing.

Another nice quick load, although I think if they want us to use fridges on hook-up whilst on site they could do with getting an electrician in to have a look at their hook-up cables

Easy access and onto Despatch bays. Electric hookup preferred for chill loads. Exit left to return to A46 Evesham Road.

Not interested in new business.
I called with an enquiry which was for large volumes of chopped salad only to be told it wasn't worth their while. They are only interested in supplying the likes of Aldi, Sainsburys etc, and didn't even ask about volumes. Their loss.
