Customer service great to begin with, but on receiving the part for my machine, and giving them all the details, including taking the affected parts in to show them, the part l received was incorrect, and does not fit my machine. Neither them, or Husqvarna will refund me, as a special order. Of course they didn't tell me they didn't refund on special orders......... Not happy with them or Husqvarna to say the least. I cannot afford to waste my money or my time. Very poor outcome and customer service from them. I am sure they make enough money to be able to swallow the amount of money they bought this part in for. I will never buy from them, or recommend them to anyone ever again. Not a Husqvarna specialist after all....................

My 20 year old petrol mower had a catastrophic failure half way through cutting the lawn at 4pm on a Saturday. With guests arriving at 7pm for a BBQ so preparations not going to plan. Nipped down to Kalehursts as they have lots of stock to choose from. With their guidance, I bought a Honda with a rear roller. They registered it for warranty. Fully fueled it with Aspen, tested it. Gave me a quick training session, help load it in the car. Back home, grass cut by 6pm job done, brilliant service, thank you. Here’s the twist, they were running an offer and even with the great service the price was still better than on line. As for the Honda mower it’s faster, quieter, lighter, more fuel efficient, and easier to operate and start. RIP old mower!

Bought an Husqvarna automower and a Stihl strimmer from Kalehurst and the sales services was excellent. My old HONDA motor mower wasn't running well this year (never ever gone wrong), so I thought take it to Kalehurst. I was told by a very helpful lady that there was a 3 week wait. No problem, I was happy to wait. After 4 weeks I phoned Kalehurst to enquire as to progress. I was told someone would call back in 10 minutes. No call, so I phoned Kalehurst to be told that they wouldn't repair it because of health and safety as there was a small hole at the front of the deck. It was company policy?! (to encourage me to buy a new I thought to myself) The hole has been there for 10 years and no one has even come close to being injured. Very disappointed that 1) I had to wait 4 weeks to be told this and I had to chase. 2) There is no health and safety legislation to say the mower is dangerous, only that they can be dangerously operated and training may be required. 3) The service department, to me anyway, could not be bothered. Having already spent fairly large sums at Kalehurst and supposedly been a 'valued' customer I'm afraid I won't spend another penny there. I would have certainly considered buying a new HONDA mower from Kalehurst but not now. The after sales services has been a real let down. Sorry. I would add that I have read all the 5 star reviews here which are answered but 2 other 1 star reviews remain unanswered/unexplained? Maybe that says something.

First visit to kale hurst and definitely won’t be going back! They weren’t interested in fixing a auto mower as I didn’t buy it from them! Unbelievable!
I run a big Garden Maintenance company, I was looking for a good company who could service kit as well as supply new kit to me and my clients. I would rather use a small independent company than the big company’s but as you said take it back to Farols!!!
