Vending machine mechanically jammed itself on my selection (quavers) then a error message showed on screen saying transaction void but JW VENDING LTD still took my money from my card. Yes, it's not breaking the bank but what concerns me is how many times is this happening to people (especially patients stuck at hospital) seems lucrative when you don't give the goods.. why has the hospital let this unethical business operate on their grounds?

Sitting in A&E for hours is not fun what's also not fun is buying 2 Mars bars cos you really need something to snack on for you & your child during the very long wait, that when you unwrap them are covered in a white bloom & are inedible. Please check your stock in WSM A&E.

Great company to deal with, clean machines and always stocked with great selection. Yeah sometimes an item hasn’t vended but hey it’s a machine these things happen. Office staff very friendly and always helpful when having to report a malfunction and always offer a refund. Highly recommend to others to use.

Used this machine at the airport before my flight to spain, the variety of snacks and drinks was amazing. It was fully stocked and super easy to use, with clear instructions and a fast, responsive touch screen. It even took mobile payments without any issues, it dispensed products fast and efficiently without jamming unlike some other machines. This is hands down the best vending machine experience I've ever had!! highly reccomend :))
