I needed to recover a trailer after losing a wheel. I called jon beech for a quote but wanted to call around a few other places first. After calling around another company couldn't recover but said he'd come out to see of he had the studs and nuts needed to get me back on the road, unfortunately he didn't. As jon beech was the cheapest quote i called them back. Before paying i did ask the lady if they could source the studs and bolts needed maybe they could help me at the roadside. The lady said that isn't something they do so i asked to go ahead with the recovery. As i was about to pay the lady said thatd be £x £50 higher than the original quote. When i queried she said that doesnt include vat which wasnt made clear originally. Still i went ahead and paid although frustrating everything was cordial at that point. Whilst waiting i called back to suggest that they brought any old nuts and bolts that'd fit through not to make it safe to drive but just to put the wheel to prevent dragging the axle on the floor and damaging my trailer. The gentleman i spoke to this time wouldn't let me finish as he just kept saying no that isn't something we do. I think he was under the impression i was still trying to get them to help me at the roadside so just repeatedly kept shutting me down with thats not something we do before i could even make clear what i was asking. When the recovery vehicle arrived the driver got out and said im gonna wreck the bottom your trailer dragging it on there but i think its seen better days. He claims he said possibly wreck it either way not the attitude i want from someone im trusting with my property. I decided i wasnt willing to trust this company with my trailer so i called to let them know requested a refund then called another local company who gave me a quote that didnt change they used a roller to put under my trailer and wheel it on to avoid damage. It took a little persistence and arguing my case but i was given a full refund the following week

Hit a pot hole last night and got in touch with this local company as not covered under insurance. Was expecting the price to be expensive especially late New Year’s Eve. I found the price very reasonable at around £140 to recover to local garage. Kevin arrived soon after and did a cracking job getting the car onto the truck without causing additional damage. A friendly face at a stressful time 🙂 Even got dropped back off at the yard after to wait for taxi. Would highly recommend!

Not only these guys are good at their job, they are really caring and have a good heart. The care they showed to me and my family cannot be expressed in words especially at the time when we were in shock after our accident. Jodie and Melvin recovered our car and ensured that we are safe, also made sure we will be able to make our journey back to Manchester. They took us back to their base where Julie looked after us. She is such a wonderful and caring person. Thank you Julie for making us so comfortable and ensuring we got home safe. You are a true gem... Thank you all....

Efficient service, called to advise 5 mins away from me to recover. The gentleman that recovered the car was friendly and efficient. Was super friendly to my 5 year old who was totally interested in watching the recovery lorry. Big thanks for getting me to Kwik Fit to get my puncture repaired. Would recommend.

Fantastic service. From my initial call everything was dealt with professionally and courteously. Very reasonable price agreed to collect one of our 18t vehicles from Stafford and recover it back to South Wales. Recovery arrived within one hour as stated. Driver was extremely helpful and got our vehicle back to us very quickly.
