I am thoroughly disappointed with this company, on numerous occasions I have tried to get parts for my ATV. First time I was quoted two days and the parts took eight by which time I had to put my quad through an MOT so I got the parts online the next day. The second attempt I made I was told a lead time of 2 to 3 days after 8 days I rang up and was told I would be contacted shortly no contact, then 3 more phone calls every time “I will ring you back in a minute, I will track the parts now” no phone call back! I have now been waiting 14 days and again have given up and got the parts online. I thoroughly believe the parts were never ordered.
I would’ve loved to use a local company but unfortunately this particular one is an absolute joke with no regard for customers and no customer care. This is a time of year where I desperately needed my ATV on the road and if only I had of gone online first it would’ve been up and running 10 days ago. Thank you John Payne machinery.

Brought a used baler off them they said they will give it 30 bales warranty, didn't do one bale as there was a problem with the control box, had It sent off for repair Keith said he would pay for the repair costs, over a year later after multiple phone calls and messages still no payment...... was a real shame because other than that was an okay deal and great baler!
