Do not waste your time with this agent. I Lost two sales, wasted several months through just poor management. Do not
Sell through these agents. I had to chase solicitors on both occasions and work out what the problem was after weeks of being messed about with no answers . Bad communication, poor sales progression management . So stressful and lost money.
They do not do due diligence nor have a clue how to manage progression. Very poor.
