Ordered both a 50cm and 40cm planter and had problems from the start. They would not send together. The planters didn't arrive. Chased. Finally received the 50cm planter but not the 40cm. Chased several times and ignored. Ebay stepped in and refunded.

I ordered a Dog Toy from JMS through Amazon which was faulty with it's fur coming off in my hand and therefore was a Choking Hazard. According to Trading Standards, is was NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE! I returned the item but JMS refused to issue a refund saying the item was Used. Apparently they don't refund Damaged items...beggars belief really! As this item had not been removed from any of its fitting/tags etc and the fact it was faulty, this hardly constitutes the item as being used. I have no doubt that this item will be resold to another unsuspecting customer, as it was returned in the same state it arrived and therefore JMS will make twice the money on it. I was left without a product & a refund from JMS. I contacted Amazon and went through the Help route via a phone call. In less than 5mins, a full refund was issued, so if youre in the same position, request a ring-back from Amazon! I shouldve checked out JMS Reviews beforehand, as I wouldve realised what kind of Company I was buying from. The negative reviews certainly echo my experience and I
wonder how realistic the positive reviews are. I would not recommend purchasing from this Company. Their Customer Service is non-existent and their attitude is nothing short of insulting! Please Be Warned!

Slow seller replies or not at all. They sent wrong item and expect you to take hassle to return it. Do not recommend. I should have checked other seller reviews before purchasing. This has been reported to Amazon.

This company's logo is 'We create smile', but like some others who have left a review for them, JMS Photos did not leave me smiling.
I bought a product from them in Nov 2020 which was not as described to me. When I returned it (as arranged), they have since (this is now 2nd Feb 2021) still not refunded me. I have contacted them five times, politely asking for an update on where they are with my refund.
They have either not replied or acted ignorant and asked what the problem was - again!
Not refunding me infringes on my rights as a consumer and arguably is fraud which the Police should investigate.
I repeat, I am not the only one this has happened to - read the reviews below mine, and also on Amazon.
I sadly am not able to recommend this company to you, and only write this as a warning to you. Hopefully they can improve themselves.

I, and many more customers according to Amazon Seller Reviews, had exactly the same experience with this seller, as described by others here. I ordered from JMS Photos through Amazon Marketplace. The seller - perfectly aware about their wrongdoings - sent a different brand in different colours and different assortment numbers. Obviously, no customer would accept this. They eventually agreed on a full refund and sent a pre-paid return label but then deducted the postage - which was free in the first place - from the refund, which is petty crime, and thus fraud. I complained but they ignored several emails. I made a formal complaint through Amazon who finally refunded in full, plus £10 of compensation for the hassle. The whole palaver took over a week. So watch out, this seller isn't up to customer service standards and full of little tricks.

Ordered a diary, incorrect item sent, so returned at my own cost and obtained a proof of postage, a month ago. Have been messaging back and forth, via Amazon and still no refund. Extremely poor communication and customer service. Would definitely not use again and would have cost me less to bin the item! Avoid this company!

AVOID this seller - Tried to send an inferior product that was similar but made by a different manufacturer from the one ordered - this is mis-selling. Also, did not offer a pick up service for return so I have to take to the drop off point which is not acceptable considering my first point.
