I have been dealing with JLS Pets for a few months now and can only shower praise on this extraordinary establishment. Extremely impressed all-round with the customer service and the quality of the fish/products sold there. Kevin who is the owner, is very helpful, knowledgable and easy to deal with. The tropical fish and turtles I purchased recently were of an exceptional standard, treated beforehand, well packed and carefully handed over to me.

I now have three fish tanks, two ponds and a terrarium with happy healthy fish/turtles exploring their new habitats thanks to Kevin.

I will be using JLS Pets for all my future pond and tank requirements 10/10

Very nice and helpful staff. The prices are totally fine too, I think even might be cheaper than general pet stores. They have a big selection of animals but unfortunately mostly water ones what is actually acceptable because they have in their name "aquatic" . Also the look of the store is pretty, well-organised and easy to find anything you fancy. Anyway I had only positive experience about the store.

Good variety of pet products. Bit pricey. Regularly receive money off coupon' s. Only downside is, the coupons normally are for things you don't normally get, I believe owing to your loyalty card tells them what you normally buy.

Excellent shop, brilliant service after the new management has taken over have brought all my fish from this place and have never had any problems all fighting strong and the new owner has lots of experience and will give you all the help yu need very good shop would recommend to anyone!!!!!!!
