JLM have been our regular plumbers for a few years and I thoroughly recommend them. They take care of our boiler service and keep our Potterton running smoothly each year. They always take care to check that all gas appliances are working and that we have carbon monoxide alarms. They have also fixed one shower and replaced another. Communication is good and they always turn up on time.

We put them in touch with our neighbour whose heating and hot water packed up suddenly in winter. John stopped by on the way to work and was able to source a new part and get them back up and running within a few hours. No mention of new boilers or heating systems - just found the right part and sorted it out.

We have had different team members over the last few months, for various jobs due to a renovation. From moving gas pipes, re-routing them, gas hob fitted, taps changed and today a full combi conversion due to us having a old system including tanks being removed and new boiler moved to loft to create more space.
From the start of the job to the end the team was outstanding, I would highly recommend them to anyone! I will be calling them for all future plumbing needs and definitely recommending.
Not only was the job done to the highest standard, they even explain how to use new equipment, fitted new bath taps due to old shower not working, cleaned all rubbish and OCD'd the boiler.
Pleased is an understatement and I think it's the 1st time in a year I have taken a jumper off inside 🤩

What is it with plumbers and the fact they think it's ok not to communicate to simply say I am too busy. Called JLM multiple times, sent multiple SMS. One reply stating booked until 11 Dec - which was fine. Replied accepting, and heard nothing.
It's okay when they want help finding their stolen pickup but cannot be bother to communicate to prospective customers. Bet they wouldn't like it if they were treated like this by a trade!
Cannot, in any way, recommend...

After being quoted a very high price by another company and not feeling entirely happy with their attitude towards my elderly parents I contacted JLM, nothing was too much trouble, excellent advice and transparency, a clear outline of costs and honestly with the whole service. John visited my parents home took his time to explain each part of what needed doing and Rachel kept me updated via phone the whole time, I trust JLM as a family run local business who really care about their customers. Highly recommended.
