Driver Retraining needed!

I have just been overtaken by a van from this company coming into Storrington along the road from Amberley and was overtaken inside the 30 mph limit when I had obviously slowed to conform to the speed limit. This is certainly a case of speeding at substantially over 30 mph and possibly Driving Without Due Care and Attention. Registration of the van is EX18 0YT as in the picture taken by my wife coming out of Storrington. The Transport Department of this company needs to make their drivers understand that there are certain rules to be obeyed on our roads.
