Jappacakes created our beautiful wedding cake for our wedding on Saturday 22nd June. The cake was exactly how I wanted and tasted delicious! Having worked for some time in the food industry, specifically in cake manufacturing, I can hand on heart say that Jappacakes make the best tasting cakes I’ve ever eaten. Hands down. Our wedding cake experience was so professional, from the design experience and ordering, down to the delivery and set up on the day. The cake flavours offered were so varied and tasty, it was truly a difficult task choosing the three that we did! We ordered red velvet cake for two tiers and then a tier each of chocolate orange and white chocolate & raspberry. Our guests remarked that it was the best wedding cake they’ve ever had!

My husband enquired around my 30th birthday cake, which was a solid tier of my favourite wedding cake flavour - chocolate orange. Initially, with my birthday being in June (peak wedding season), they were at full capacity accommodate his order. After hearing that he was a repeat wedding cake customer, they managed to squeeze him in and as a result, he managed to surprise me and my birthday was absolutely made by this gesture!! Thank you Jappa, I was so sad when I finished both cakes - can’t wait for our 1st anniversary, as we’ve saved the top tier for then!

We originally met with Jappacakes in February 2019 where we began the design for our Harry Potter themed wedding cake, planned for August 2020. The world had other ideas and finally in August 2022 we celebrated our wedding.

We had several conversations with Jappacakes and another planning meeting earlier this year and they completely 'got' what we wanted. At times we struggled for ideas, but they guided us and we got to a design we were really happy with.

We knew it was going to be good, but WOW... we, along with all our guests (and a few hundred people on social media once the picture was shared by our wedding venue!) were absolutely blown away by the final result. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding cake. The detail was incredible, it was beautifully crafted and the skill and passion that went into it was so evident through its total perfection.

I'm not one to cry at physical things, but I walked into the room after it had been delivered and couldn't hold back the tears, it was absolutely incredible. It also tasted AMAZING and kept fresh for ages.

We can't thank you enough for exceeding our expectations and making the most breathtaking cake. You are truly skilled and not only that, you're absolutely lovely people!!

We first heard of Jappacakes at the SECC wedding show a few years ago and we asked them to make our delicious wedding cake.
We’ve been back since for the scrumptious cupcakes - so many flavours to choose from!
For our gender reveal party we, of course, had to have a Jappacakes cake again! Laura, Rachel and the team are fantastic, super friendly and design the most perfect cakes 🥰
Everybody absolutely loved the cake and commented on how yummy it was - this isn’t a word you would normally use for a cake but “beautiful” is the only word that can describe the feeling when you put a piece in your mouth 😋
