Very poor quality of fruit and vegetables stocked at Jamie’s. My Christmas shop contained mouldy strawberries, raspberries, lemon, cucumber and red peppers. The watercress I bought turned yellow after one day. Can only assume that Jamie buys old, cheap stock. Disappointing experience and certainly won’t be returning.

Shame they sell caged hens eggs. Local eggs from Tiptree but the bit about the eggs coming from caged hens is covered by the use-by label on every box. Otherwise nice selection of food, but disappointment re eggs outweighs this for me, unfortunately.

Would love to see the butcher's put their unpackaged meat in something that's not a plastic bag. Would make a huge difference, especially when going to a butcher's to try and reduce your plastic packaging.

Amazing selection of meats however and the fruit & veg and other shop selections are brilliant. A huge array of lovely things.

Fantastic range of fruit and veg, love that they had fresh chilli in stock too! Friendly and helpful staff and of course all the produce we bought was fresh and tasty. If you're planning on a meal with friends and/or family I may have noticed some wine which has gone down rather well! Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

Runs like a ‘well oiled machine’ during the c19 pandemic.

Shopped here for years always fresh good quality produce and served with a consistent friendly way. Happy atmosphere due to staffs personalities. Top marks given for the fact Jamie has spent extra money on making sure they operate safe with reassuring guidelines.

It’s slightly more expensive compared to some other farm shops and there’s not that much of a variety. The butchers is good, as is the fruit but no deli and not many chilled products.
It’s ok but we wouldn’t go there specifically.
