Appalling! Arrived on site at 08:15hrs to find 4 other trucks in front waiting to unload. At the time of writing this 11:15hrs there is still 2 trucks in front of me. It takes about 1.5hrs to unload one truck. The FLT driver takes one lift off the truck and lowers it, then gets out of the cab and writes something on it, then gets back in and drives off into the warehouse and puts it away. It is taking between 6-9 minutes per lift. At this rate it'll be another 2 hours before they start unloading my truck. If this is the best they can do please avoid having anything to do with this company, they are clearly inept.

We have been ordering from James Latham for years, always great service and products. We order mostly egger sheets atleast once a month. We get quotes within minutes and delivered within 1-2 days. What more could you want. (Olley & Guise Ltd)

zero stars.
despatched 8 sheets of egger laminate a week late.
all 8 sheets arrived all edges damaged,
had to use half anyway as on tight time frame.
JL sent out replacement for other half of material which arrived a day late and was the wrong colour.
Finally replaced all material in the correct colour a week after site handover.
Now my client has 3 large heavy boxes in their reception which I will have to coordinate removal of.
I have 3 days of wages for people redesigning work to suit defective material and waiting on site for wrong colour materials or ones that didn't shkw up at all.
Apart from that they seemed quite caring and professional. They maybe fine but they seemed to have saved all their cock ups for me.

Terrible customer service, I am trying to order materials from them, I am always paying on the spot, I have a registered LTD company furniture maker, registered 15 years ago and they refused to serve me. Avoid this kind off companies
