I have been buying their sweets for a few months, but last week, after sucking a sweet for some time and the flavour disappeared, but the sweet didn't, I discovered there was the broken nose piece from a pair of spectacles inside the sweet. I sent them a message via their contact page, and they completely ignored it.
I shall never buy again after having something like this ignored!

Great selection of menthol sweets. The blackcurrant menthols are my personal favourites, having a very smooth flavour. A tasty way to clear the airways during Winter colds/flu season.

Great product, been buying for years. However following recent rebrand the pack is 25% smaller and the price has more than doubled. That’s the end of the road for me Jakemans, I will not bow to this sort of thing.
