Called the butchery now. Staff are fantastic, well stocked. You get the exact amount you ask for. Some great deals. Only downside is, they never have potted meat. Hit or miss and I miss

This was my first visit. The shop inside looked fabulous, very clean and tidy. All the produce looked amazing on display. The butcher was very helpful in finding me a lovely piece of lamb for Easter Sunday dinner. Can't wait to try it tomorrow. True saying... You only get what you pay for. Well worth a visit, I shall definitely be back.

Really disappointed. Bought stuff over the phone and was told would be about £50 only to find when I got it the bill was 67. Not near to 50. Also still hunting for the steak in the large steak pie. The gravy was nice which is good as loads of it. Should be called gravy pie. Having used this butchers in the past what’s going on. Feel ripped off not once but twice.

Fantastic, friendly and helpful service. We’ve just enjoyed a wonderful Christmas dinner of turkey, rib roast, pigs in blankets and stuffing all from this butchers and have done for previous Christmases. Their products are always first class and enjoyed by all our guests. We wouldn’t shop anywhere else. Highly recommend

We where on holiday in Newton Stewart in October and made a special trip to this butchers as we knew the hairy bikers had visited. We parked the car in a multi story car park and walked in the pouring rain to this butchers, (I have to say it was well worth getting soaked) . I bought a haggis to bring home for someone, some Ayrshire bacon, two steak pies and a chicken pie.

The person who I bought the haggis for said it was the best haggis he had ever tried absolutely loved it. I kept the pies for myself. I froze the pies had a steak one a couple of weeks ago and just had half the chicken one tonight. They are both lovely but the chicken one is out of this world best pie I’ve ever tasted. If we visit Scotland again we will defiantly be back to pay a visit.
