Nelson provided a private dining experience for 10 people in our rented house in the Highlands, to celebrate a special occasion. The experience was amazing from start to finish, the food was incredible, service was great, and the kitchen was spotless once they had finished.

The communication was great in advance of the day, and there were lots of different options for the meal, with Nelson also catering for dietary requirements within the group. Would absolutely book with Italba again, and couldn't recommend Nelson highly enough!

Incredible fresh buffet for 24 of us. Expertly prepared with beautiful ingredients. Best fresh pasta and parmigiana I have ever tasted. For the quality and service we received I would have expected to pay a lot more. Nelson and the two lovely ladies he brought with him were very kind and patient (we were probably getting a bit raucous before the food was served....) Italba Dining will always be my first choice for any parties we have in future.

Nelson came to cook for us for my parents’ anniversary dinner and it was one of the best meals we’ve had in ages! Each course was not only delicious, but also beautifully presented.
Nelson was also a pleasure to work with, very responsive and helpful ahead of the dinner and accommodating of dietary requirements.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and can’t wait to hopefully eat his food again soon. Thank you!!

Wow wow wow, we hired Nelson for the weekend when we stayed at Stucktaymore. The food and service was incredible. Nelson provided plenty of choices for the menu and the communication prior to the event was great, nothing was too much bother. During the weekend Nelson and his team were professional, very friendly and really made our weekend special. I would highly recommend Italba Dining for any occasion.

Fabulous 3 couse wedding meal and canapés for 25 people, expertly made and served at the cottage we were staying at. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, we would definitely recommend Nelson and his team.
