I had my F10 serviced with In Gear. I wanted to make some changes to chain ring sizes, add a long cage derailleur and have the rear wheel bearings done to eliminate a little play in the wheel.

Tom offered some good advice and found a practical solution for me and James did a great job making the changes and with the drive train set up, as well as dealing with a little cosmetic issue for me.

I have been in Spain now for 4 weeks and the bike has been riding like a dream, absolutely faultless performance.

I'm very happy with the outcome of my In Gear level 3 service. I asked for particular attention to be paid to my wheel hubs, bottom bracket bearings and headset. The work was professional and very competent, and a few additional minor issues were picked up and corrected. A couple of rides since the service have confirmed that everything is adjusted correctly and functioning as expected. Many thanks.

Every time I've been to In-Gear they've always been super helpful, even if I'm not spending any money. Today I needed a cassette spacer for my turbo trainer and they gave me a spare from their workshop free of charge. It's clear they just have a love of cycling rather than just endlessly chasing profit, which is refreshing these days! I've now just got to convince my wife that buying a brand new Pinarello is essential...

In-Gear carried out a 'Level 1' service on my bike, which included replacing several components.

Great service: the team completed the service within a day and took the time to talk me through and recommend
exactly what work needed doing.

My bike is now running so much more smoothly.

I popped in on a Saturday when I had a bent rear mech due to a crash, workshop was shut but they tried to help out anyway with some re-indexing while I sat and had a coffee. Didn't charge me for the efforts to fix, as it wasn't 100% successful, but certainly helped enough to get me through another 150k that day. Great service. Coffee and flapjacks also good!

I dropped into In Gear as I needed a couple of parts. They noticed that my crank could be subject to a Shimano recall so we went through the process. Although Shimano were reticent to support the claim due to some warranty issues we got there. I also had a service carried out and my bike is now in tip top condition. Tom & James have been really engaging and helpful throughout the whole process. Easy recommendation to make
