I placed my first order on 10/30/24 and it was on my doorstep on 11/2/24 with shipping from England to Arkansas (USA). I order stuff through Amazon that ships domestic and it doesn't get here this fast.

I love watching this team on TikTOk and am glad I can finally support this way as well. Thisnis going to make great birthday and Christmas gifts. ?

Update: it’s now been 2 months exactly and I still have not received my order. I emailed o request an update or a refund and nobody responded to my email. They clearly don’t care about customer service

I ordered from them in September and it’s now November 3rd and still haven’t received my order. I reached out by email and they said it’s because I selected the slowest delivery. I’m from England and order items from there all the time, and I’ve never experienced this slow of a delivery time. I will definitely think twice about ordering from this company again.

Avoid this company. Michelle is rude, very unprofessional and doesn’t care about her customers. I still haven’t had a reply to my email even though she said on a live stream that she would reply on that day. Website is terrible to navigate. They put important messages at the bottom of the page so you don’t see. If the custom pick n mix 1kg option you are only allowed 10 options why do you allow customers to select more than 10 options?! Perhaps it’s time to improve/invest some money on your website, pay someone professional to do it.
Don’t believe all the nice reviews you see on here, they are probably from her mods or minions.
Will never order from them again.

I ordered on the 20th of september paid next day delivery which i knew being the weekend it would be monday/tuesday i was fine with that but then for some reason my parcel had to be returned back to ifoods i emailed michelle she emailed back saying she will inspect it and send it out to me it is now 9th of october i havent recieved my parcel and she isnt answering my emails so im out of pocket with nothing to show for it i have a asked for a refund i wouldnt bother ordering again

This has been my best shipped package I have ever ordered and received. Also really enjoy watching their whole process on their social medias. It got here in record time and the box was in such great shape! Will for sure be ordering again soon once I eat all of this first. New fan of the perky nana from Australia !! Wish I order more of those. Ifoodsuk is a Clean friendly speedy all over great online shopping experience!!!
