Couldn't go in because there was a unleashed bull terrier trying to get in which the staff seemed ok with.

i found a certain male member of staff to be very rude as he started to shout at an elderly customer, not acceptable! also i would advise everyone to always obtain a receipt from this store.

A nice store.....staff are very helpful and happy to explain offers or the location of something you're looking for. 10% off everything for over 60s on Tuesdays is very welcome. Highly recommend

Absolutely amazing store…exceptional customer Service I ordered essentials from Uber however driver took longer than anticipated and staff then put my frozen order back in the freezer and no one’s fault it was forgotten however called the store and great service from the telephone call right to resolution as my frozen order was then delivered by Iceland’s driver within 10 mins of making the call and that’s what I call real customer service Thanks all

Could be better, I think it's the manager he is very rude, my husband was in one morning getting essentials and the guy yelled at him to stay where he was to keep distance from other customers, he then proceeded to walk right past my husband and when he questioned this rude guy, he said the rules are only for customers and not staff members. Didn't realise that if you work in a shop you are completely ammune to the virus and also can't pass it on. Don't really enjoy going in this shop but unfortunately it's the closest one to me

Iceland has a really good range of produce from fish fingers, burgers to lamb shanks and steaks among other, also dry goods , fresh fruit & veg, I have got my full weeks shop without going anywhere else, prices vary but mostly good.

Not just mum's that go to Iceland dad's go too and this one goes straight to the TGI Friday section for the ribs. Great addition to the range of foods they already do. Their own angus burgers are also the best around
