Absolutely awful customer service, terrible product. they have shipped rusty olive cans that were packaged 7 year ago - and when contacted for support they have tolde.that altough the olives are 7 years old I still have 6 months to eat them. Cheap company looking to clear stock, buy from other Spansih store suppliers if you want quality product.

I placed an order a couple of weeks back and the experience was a nightmare. Iberica Foods use a terrible delivery partner (APC). They promised a next day delivery, but they failed to live up to expectations and experienced a longer delivery timeframe. Unfortunately I had to throw away the meat I bought as it was labelled with a sticker stating “Perishable, to be delivered Today”. There’s plenty of other Spanish food companies that provide a better service.

I've ordered Spanish Christmas biscuits and they arrived exactly at the estimated time and in a perfect state. The price I paid for the product I think is quite good, considering they are sending it to your house with no extra fees for the delivery. Amazing! They also gave us a promo code for next order 🙂 Can't wait to order more things !

This is a complaint re. delivery service from APC Overnight. I received 2 texts confirming delivery slot on 20th December 2023.
Nothing was delivered and I received no explanation or apology.
I then received on 21st December 2023 a text giving a delivery slot that day. I was not able to be here so I re-scheduled - not ever having received any explanation for the failure to deliver on the original date and timeslot. Package was delivered today when I was at home. No-one knocked or rang my doorbell; instead they posted a Sorry We Missed You card through my letterbox and left the parcel in my garden bin. If Iberica do not change their delivery company I shall never shop with them in future.

I ordered an Iberico Shoulder Ham in November for delivery on 16th December. Iberica use APC couriers who were a disaster. After being told that the ham was due to be delivered every day from the 16 December, a badly damaged cardboard box finally arrived on 28th December. Iberica pretty much left it to me to chase up the delivery of the ham on a daily basis.

The ham was wrapped in a dirty black cloth bag (no label or other marking confirming its authenticity) and the minute I opened the bag it was clear the ham was not fit for consumption. The ham was completely grey, and you literally had to saw through the skin to get to the fat and the meat. The effort of doing so was wasted as the meat was completely dry and flaky. The ham was inedible and not fit for human consumption, and after sending various photos to Iberica I had to toss it in the bin.

Iberica's response was awful, first suggesting that I apply some olive oil to the areas of ham that I was cutting! They tried to suggest the ham was up to standard and if they genuinely believe this then they should not be anywhere near food as anyone would have recognised the meat had gone off. They offered a £15 refund (the ham cost £100) which I refused. Eventually they offered a 50% refund which they subsequently withdrew. They went on to tell me they did not have any certificate of provenance as "they are the certificate provider" of the type of ham! I have bought other hams in the past all of which have a label of provenance. I suspect they are deliberately marketing what they claim are quality hams but they are in fact providing very inferior quality products to their customers. This might explain why they admitted that they don't actually check each ham which they dispatch! Had a blind person checked my ham they would have recognised immediately that it was well below a standard fit for consumption.

My advice to anyone considering purchasing from this company is don't go near them - they provide a terrible product and even worse customer service. They should not be allowed to operate in the food industry - they are putting people's health at risk if they are suggesting ham which has clearly gone off is fit to eat.

Don't buy from Iberica - find a reputable and responsible retailer instead even if it costs a bit more.

What an amazing find, thanks to our local magazine and an advert in it I have found my go to Spanish food produce company. All authentic items delivered on agreed date to an absolute delight of my husband for his Birthday. We had a feast and tried all of the items I ordered and it brought back childhood memories (he knows authentic!). Thank you! Delivery was amazing, food was packed properly. I can not thank you enough!! You are brilliant!

An extremely poor experience with ordering from Iberica. Order was for a very particular, and premium, product - and the wrong product was sent out.

Spent the next two days submitting Customer Service enquiries but no response. The product in question is perishable, so no way of returning to exchange for the right product.

How can you sell fresh goods, and not have a customer service team that responds to queries in a timely manner?

So disappointed.

Will not be using them again.
