We recently sold our home with iBay Homes Ltd, within hours we had viewings confirmed, and within a week our first offers. We sold extremely quick and we believe it's due to their social presence, speed in service and hardwork. Purchasing a home can be tricky nowadays with lots of loopholes and we did find ourselves in a position of a collapsed chain (outside of our control), however, iBay quickly reinstated our listing and again within hours we received viewings. We successfully sold and moved home and I truly believe had we gone with another estate agents this wouldn't of happened, and certainly not at this speed of a turnaround. From beginning to end the process was professional and prompt.

All the staff felt like part of the family rather than an Estate agents just doing their job.

Paul was excellent from the beginning convincing us why best to choose I-Bay. He also was very helpful in our final negotiations. Laura kept in touch regular and all other staff involved. We were updated via email and also prompted if they required anything.

We had a good start to selling our house. I think it sold within 6 weeks. Finding a house was more difficult as we had certain needs. We had a couple of houses fall through, which dragged the process on. But throughout this I-Bay kept us assured and positive.

We were lucky enough to find a property which was being sold by I-Bay. Once this happened, the process was quick. This was due to good solicitors and financial advisor also.

My only slight disappointment was that for the money we paid for the service I think on the day of collecting the keys it would have been a nice compliment to provide a happy new home card. As I say, the service was excellent. Just my opinion and I think a nice touch.

We left our buyers a Card and Champagne . But everyone is different.

I moved my property to iBay after a disappointing few months listing it with another agent. I expressed my desire for a quick sale to make up for lost time whilst the property was with the other agent and was reassured when viewings were getting booked in from the first week under iBay’s helm.

My property sale was managed my Laura and Hayley, both of whom were fantastic. They kept me well informed and updated throughout the process, including giving me detailed feedback off the back of viewings and demonstrated initiative in regards to seeking the survey ordered by a prospective buyer.
