Fast and reasonably priced. Yes communication isn’t what we now expect but land sale completed within 24 hours. Price was very competitive. Money in account within 24 hours which to me is efficient. I’ve used other solicitors before and they were much slower to complete.
Would recommend.

Ian C Free himself is professional and very thorough, he handled my house move well and I felt confident in his skills. I have never heard a bad work about his legal skills. However! The company is shocking, they failed to respond any emails (why put an email address on their letterhead/website?), failed to action something within said emails. After being involved with selling my house they then sent the paperwork to the old house/address they had just sold with me (instead of my new address which they also handled). The secretary was extremely rude, unhelpful and due to these reasons I will not use them again or sadly would I recommend them unless you have some re-assurances form them they have corrected this basic points, good customer service and communication or key to any business. No use being a hot shot legal professional if you are late, don't respond at all and alienate your clients due to a poor attitude.

1970s are calling....missing a solicitor.
Competitive rates, competent legal work, got things done for the deadlines. And yet I would not recommend. Terrible service - opaque and inaccessible. 'Mr Free isn't available', our business is an inconvenience.

Possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with when trying to use them to buy a property. Never actually managed to speak to Ian Free just his secretary who is unbelievabley rude and impolite. She was so rude we ended finding a new company to use for the purchase, not that she was bothered one but when we called to tell her. Will never use them again and will advise anyone and everyone I know not to.

Absolutely shockingly bad service. DO NOT USE. We had to do all of the leg work, caused an awful lot of upset. Really shouldn’t be in practice.
