Easy to find. Arrived 1hr early for my tip. Directed onto a bay. Paperwork and keys collected 5 mins later. 5 pallets tipped and off site in just over 30 mins. Friendly,helpful staff.

Rude and unprofessional. Lady on telesales impatient and hangs up the phone along with saying “oh my god”. Drivers stole from my shop so make sure you have cctv! Really need to sort their business out because if it weren’t for 1 thing they sell I would be going elsewhere

? the apparent owner ( or is a staff) is a totally barbaric bully as are the rest of the staff.
Not very professional. They are in contempt of you raise any issue.

I would give them 0 if I had the chance, my driver is always friendly and no complaints there, however on most occasions I have several things missing from my orders and they were always happy to send out next day. Not this time, shockingly they want to make me replace another order to the minimum of £100 to resend the goods they didn’t send in the first place. Then speaking to Jake, who cut me off. Then on to his manager Felix who was too busy doing “intense training” to call me back, sadly maybe they should take some customer service training. I will not be using again.

I'm shocked to read some of the reviews on here as they couldn't be further than our experience with Hunts!
Our rep, Nicky, is always available to talk to and is quick to respond if she is unable to take our call at a particular time. She is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products.
We find all of the drivers to be polite and efficient. Our usual driver, Joseph, has an amazing sense of humour and is very conscientious.
The telephone team are always on hand if we need to check a stock item or change a delivery day. Again, I cannot fault their professionalism.
We usually order on the app which is quick and lets you choose a delivery date.
We do appreciate that the manufacturers are struggling themselves with both the manufacture and the logistical side of supply so it is only to be expected that some orders may not be able to be fulfilled but Hunts are only a link in the chain. We have regular communications from Hunts and our rep, Nicky, which keeps us up to date with any problems in supply and/or delivery that Hunts are experiencing.
We will definitely be continuing to use Hunts for the foreseeable future.

1 star is too many. I opened this account hoping to spend a lot of money with hunts. After 3 weeks I am closing the account. The worst customer service ever experienced resulting in a member of the finance team hanging the phone up on me when they double charged me for missing items.

The failures started on my second order. After ordering a large order totalling over £700 some items were missing and some items were wrongly delivered. I called within 15 mins of the delivery being dropped. I was then double charged for the missing items and told that the incorrect items could not be collected or replaced for the correct items until my next order which had to be over £100. They sent hash browns instead of brown sauce which I specifically explained over the phone - clearly no attention to detail. Then when the replacement items were sent out I saw I was double charged for the 2 lots of missing ice cream and the brown sauce was not the same price as I was originally told on the phone. I tried to sort the issue out with finance. The lady who originally was helping didn’t manage to call back the day she said she would. After I called to chase it up, a girl on the end of the line in the finance team would simply not let me speak. She was constantly talking over me and then when I tried to say can I speak now she would still speak over me and then when I finally managed to try and talk (me trying to explain I wanted to sort this issue out now before I had to go back to work in the cafe) she said ‘oh my goodness’ and put the phone down.

So when you get charged wrongly due to the call handlers not listening to the facts about items missing from your order. You get double charged and then when you try waste more time chasing your refund for their mistakes the staff in the finance department are so rude they don’t even want to help you out and hang up the phone on you.

What an absolute disgrace.

Shaun Davey has been my rep for 2 years now. He is always so helpful with any questions that I have and always goes the extra mile. Marie is our usual delivery driver and also is really efficient with each delivery. I really like the way that you can use their on line ordering system to find the different products that they stock. Also the in-depth information that they have available on each product. The staff that take orders or queries by phone are always efficient and knowledgeable about their products. Would highly recommend Hunts food service.

We have used Hunts for the past 4/5 years now, my rep Claire has always been very helpful and any time there have been any issues she’s been a phone all away and gets it sorted.

I’ve looked over the reviews which I feel are unjust, this year Cornwall has been the busiest I’ve ever known it, every single business has struggled to get staff including ourselves.

We’ve struggled getting deliveries with everyone and that did include hunts on one occasion when I said it to Claire she said make sure your orders are in first thing in the morning, we did this and had no further issues.

Thanks Hunts, appreciate it.
