We had a thoroughly nice afternoon yesterday at the cider tasting session. Steve was our host and was a really fun, and extremely knowledgeable character.

The cider tasting itself surpassed expectations. Christine was a really lovely lady and nothing was too much trouble. My daughter Lara was offered a glass of apple juice so she didn’t feel left out.

We were given all of the Hunt ciders to try and Steve gave us an overview of each of the ciders, along with details of the ingredients and making process.

We didn’t feel hurried at all. It was a leisurely, and relaxed experience. In the small shop next door, there was a decent selection to buy and Bill was extremely helpful.

We aren’t from Devon, but we feel it is vital to support local producers like Hunt Cider. Highly recommended. Thank you for a lovely tour!

Hunt’s Cider is a family business to keep their traditional process of a Devonshire that mean good flavor and high quality cider.
I am a super fan of Cider and this testing was one of the best I ever have. High recommend, good value.
We bough a pack of Wobbler that is 6% but honestly it was a difficult work choose only one. At soon I am back home I will check their delivery service.

What a fabulous cider making tour. Steve gave a very detailed description of how it's made and the history of cider making at Hunts. His friendly and humourous personality made the tour even better. So many different types of cider to try and buy. Very well worth the visit. We took our 3 Granddaughters ( 8, 12 and 14 ) with us and they weren't bored at all.

What can you say about a product that is unsurpassable. Yet again you have come out with some amazing new flavours, loving the new raspberry, Elderflower & the passion fruit all just right for summer, if it ever makes an appearance, perfectly balanced & not too sweet YUM! We usually enjoy the 'Ansome Bay or Misty Maid, but always willing to try other options
The service & products you receive from these guys is amazing, would definitely recommend buying from them.

Staying at Broadleigh Farm campsite, I went to the reception on another matter, and was advised (by Liam) to sample the cider from the Hunts shop onsite.
After an informative discussion by the man in the shop on the history and production of their cider (whilst sampling the delicious fruits of their labour), I bought 3litres of the sweet-dry “Wobbler” at a modest price and proceeded to ungraciously foot slap the grass back to my caravan.
I’ll definitely be taking a few more “samples” home!

Visited in February and had a very warm welcome. Fantastic cider, came back to Cornwall with 6 litres of Bull walloper….
Can’t wait to go back and try the campsite out and enjoy cider on-site. Bleddy handsome, much better than rattler….

We were camped at a site just 5 minutes walk away from here and after sampling one of the ciders on sale at the sites pub we decided to join the tour. We hadnt given any thought to the time of year (July) and hadn't realised that the machinery wouldn't be in operation but that didn't really spoil anything. We were given a very informative talk about the history and process by the owners and then it finished with a tasting experience. It only took five minutes to walk there but about 20 to stagger back. We ordered some of the larger packs when we returned home. Thank you for our free Hunts Cider glasses, unfortunately one of them didn't make it back home. ?
