Such a wonderful deli!
Bought a sandwich that was made fresh- and it was so good! Full of freshly cut meat. We finished our meal ‘to go’ with crisps and a wonderful Portuguese tart (with chocolate on-a lovely twist!). Service was fab-friendly and accommodating, food was tasty and reasonably priced and it isn’t a trip to Helmsley without a visit here! Highly recommend.

Fantastic deli with the friendliest staff! We just popped in to get some olives but came out with a delicious "monkey bread" cake as well. Highly recommend Hunters (and feel lucky to be local!).

Absolutely fantastic service, will definitely be returning. Recommendations were bang on and really enjoyed our picnic. The lady serving us could not have been more helpful and was lovely and friendly too. 10/10

So I returned to hunters today after experiencing one of their amazing sandwiches yesterday. Stuffed to the brim with meat. Also had one of their beautiful ice creams.Salted caramel is the one for me. The staff are amazing, and very friendly. No doubt I will be paying them another visit very shortly. 10/10 from me

Hunters deli has an excellent range of meats, cheeses pickles and wines plus much more. We treated ourselves to freshly made sandwiches made on seed ciabatta; service is very efficient and friendly. Highly recommend!

Fabulous deli! Wonderful happy and very knowledgeable staff. Really beautiful produce, and delicious freshly made sandwiches, salad boxes and cakes.
As I have a cows milk allergy I found them completely allergy friendly and really do take care of the needs and listen to every customer!
They even stock Torres Fried Egg crisps which are so close to the flavour of the real thing…you just have to try them.
Five stars for everything!

My mother and I spent a lovely Sunday in Helmsley this past weekend. After receiving an unwelcome attitude at the local Italian we decided some sandwiches by the castle was a better idea so we headed to Hunters. The customer service here could not have been more warm and welcoming. The lady that served us and I’m so sorry I didn’t get your name for this review, went above and beyond even cutting our cakes in half when she heard we were going to share. She made me feel like old friends in a new place and she honestly made our day! We will definitely be back and to top it off the food was delicious! And mum did end up with coronation chicken on her white top as predicted
