I have bought a number of machines from Hugh Page over the last few years and every time I have found them very helpful. They give good advice according to your experience and what you might need, without any pressure. They have always demonstrated how to use the equipment and given advice on the best maintenance care. Their prices are reasonable too. I'd much prefer to deal with someone face-to-face whom I can get in contact with at any time rather than buying online. Well done Hugh Page, keep it up.

I've been buying from Hugh page since 2000 24 years and they have always been so helpful i always forget how to restring my strimmer as i only use it a few times a year so a year goes by then j forget how to do It again so I take it to hugh page and they always sort it out for me and in the past alwsys helped me with my lawn mower cant say a word against them 100%😀👍🏻

Terrible service. My mower was delivered back to me today in pieces today, the reason being because I didn’t want to go ahead with a repair. Hugh Page picked up my ride on and at no time informed me that there would be a charge to pick up, delivery back and an inspection charge. When I questioned this they said we don’t put that in written, so how was I ever meant to know. If you hadn’t told me and do not put this in writing. The repair bill was way more than what the mower is now worth so on that basis I decided not to go ahead. To send someone’s property back in pieces because they decide not to spend money is just unbelievable. And to top it all I have brought both my ride on mowers from Huge Page. Shocking service. I was expecting to receive my mower back the way they picked it up. Had it been I was considering buying another machine from them. I certainly will not be now with this kind of service after spending many thousands of pounds with them in the past. I would purchase elsewhere with a company that will appreciate your business. Also since this review I have had my mower fixed elsewhere and it cost £500 pounds less than what Huge and Page said it would be. One of the reasons being is that what I was told was broken was never in fact broken and never actually needed replacing!!!!!

The slight premium you pay on goods from this shop is returned four fold in terms of service and aftercare. These guys really know their stuff and when something goes wrong they are rapid in getting it sorted out for you. I have been very impressed with them when others around have let me down.
