Picked this up at Heathrow first time having it and it really is filling so I wish they can make it in smaller size I couldn’t finish the entire bottle. Had a great taste to it I had banana. I experienced slight leak by the lid and made the bottle very sticky so the container should be revisited in my view.

I use the Huel hot a savoury pouches for my backpacking adventures. They really are very tasty meals, and I highly recommend them when camping in the wild. It’s just a shame that they don’t sell the spaghetti carbonara anymore!

I also like the Huel green pouch and the vanilla protein pouch.

It’s brilliant that everything is Vegan!! Lets save the planet and stop harming animals unnecessarily.

This is not food. You can do far better with a blender quickly blending up essential nutrients and foods of your own choice!

Huel contains inflammatory (and cheap) rapeseed oil and sunflower oil powder. They are cutting their costs at the expense of your health and giving you a t-shirt to make you feel part of some sort of community. It is a scam.

They include a ‘micronutrient blend’ but I am very skeptical as to whether those nutrients can be absorbed nearly as effectively as via a whole food diet.

Speedy delivery. Excellent value.
My experience is with banana, salted caramel,cookie dough, green Thai curry, tomato and herb, korma , and sweet and sour.
I eat plant based and gf.
I travel a lot so this is ideal.
I also want my protein intake to be high and not eat fake meats.
Yes, this isn't the same as fresh food, BUT it's an excellent source with plenty of nutritional benefits.
So for the bad reviews I have read.... personal opinion is protein powders and protein powdered food ,of course consistency isn't the same as cooking.
I add a little salt n pepper sometimes.
I usually eat the sweeter ones as more of a paste . I mix with water ,sometimes with milk. If I want it sweeter, I'll add a little acacia or fruit.
Depends where I am what I am doing.
But like any protein powders, if they're super sweet, it means they have aspartame in it. These don't.
I rate this and I have tried lots of different makes previously.
The cup from them is super handy .

Poor customer service. No option to cancel your own order, even before it has been processed and fulfilled. This means you have to go through customer service. By the time they respond the product will have shipped and you will be liable for a £10 fee to return it.

The whole thing stinks of adding bureaucratic processes to stop you cancelling an order. Add in the lack of order reminder emails and it's clear that it is a predatory practice.

An honest review!

Decided to review as this area of nutrition is a minefield.

£62 for Salted Caramel shake powder, t-shirt, shaker, food mug, 3 bags of ‘food’ was too good to turn down!

Speedy delivery, good marketing ?

Salted Caramel black edition taste great, a little grainy but expected given the contents ?

Huel Cajun Pasta is top notch & very enjoyable?

Sadly the Thai & Sweet & Sour are like mush, flavour ain’t bad but looks rank & the texture is not nice at all, just my honest opinion!

I see crazy negative vibes on the brand, to clear it up the content of products for the cost is the best around, sampling is required to ensure you find the correct product for you, it’s not meal replacement or a diet fad, it’s to compliment your training & exiting diet, for me it has help add 7kg of lean muscle while dropping fat & keeps me sustained & away from the cookie jar.
I would recommend some products & the company although trial & error required with flavours!

Shakes great but hot food products awful.

The pastas turn to mush when water added and have tried 3 different products with different water amounts. Will have to take their word that the health quality is good but taste / texture wise needs some serious work

I was initially concerned due to negative reviews about Huel instant meals, but I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Green Thai Curry, and it's truly wonderful, especially when paired with prawns. Thank you!
