Absolutely fantastic company.

All my plants are thriving, every single one has been perfect (and secure) upon delivery. Packaged and watered appropriately for their travels. I've made 3 orders now I think and I'm about to check out with my 4th. I've got 20+ now and each one is as beautiful as the next. Customer service is brilliant (I was asking to be notified when new stock was in), also the prices are decent and affordable.

Very poor quality plants, bad customer service
Very poor quality plants sent in the incorrect plant pot sizes, and plants dying after a few days. Very messy delivery left you with a huge amount of plastic litter which harms the environment. Needed to return the whole order, 3 plants. They are making a lot of problems during the return process. And at the end refused the refund. If you are looking for a good quality plants and smooth customer service, avoid this company, not worth a penny.

I have bought plants from House of Kojo several times now. The plants are in amazing condition and are always well packaged .
The selection is fabulous, with new plants to tempt you all the time. 5 star customer service too 🙂

I was a bit dubious ordering such a large and expensive plant online but after speaking with Katie who sent photos of various plants over to me before selling, I was happy to purchase. Delivery arrived in a day, well packaged and with plant passports attached. The pots also were well watered for transport and had some blue roll over the top to keep the soil secure which was amazing! I’d 100% recommend using house of Kojo. It’s a shame there’s a few negative reviews but after my experience I can confirm that the team has definitely gone above and beyond in terms of customer service. Thanks guys!!

I have been purchasing plants from House of Kojo for quite a while now and their plants are extremely healthy and always carefully packaged. I have added photos of my most recent purchases ‘Philodendron Florida Green’. I have a few other places where I get my plants from over the years but House of Kojo is proving to be second to none.
