Fantastic service! I had a couple of queries before I placed my first order, which were dealt with professionally and in a friendly manner by Stuart and Mandy. My order was delivered the very next day, and packaged very securely. The range of hot sauces on the website is excellent, and I will definitely be back for more! The Hot-Headz Naga and High River Rogue sauces were my personal favourites. Highly recommended.

First time I've written a review. Incredible selection of chilli sauces for a reasonable price. Icing on the cake is the customer service. Had a slight issue with the delivery & they went above & beyond to sort it. Really couldn't recommend any higher.

One of the most friendly and professional companies I have ever dealt with on-line. You'll have no problems with Stuart and Hot Headz. Great range, professional stock levels and competitive prices. And the free "thank you" hot-rock sweets are excellent!

Still love Hot-Headz, service is excellent. Have had to come away though as the local office of the APC Courier (Hereford) they have chosen will not deliver but claims to have attempted.

I've used these guys quite a bit for my orders of hard to find hot sauces and its always great prices and quick delivery. There's not really anything more they could do to improve the service, i won't use anyone else.

I had an issue with a delivery going missing (not their fault!) but they arranged next-day redelivery at no extra cost when I alerted them to the missing package - no questions asked. Would highly recommend them as their service was excellent!

Great online shop and huge selection of chilli products from all over the world. The team are very helpful and will advise you if you have a question.
We have also visited this location (by invite only) and have seen the setup and distribution facility which is of great interest to as to the amount of products are all in one place.

Phenomenal company! with even better chillie products. The customer service is second too none. A certain delivery company lost my order recently, and they graciously sent me it out again with a little surprise pack of peanuts. I wont shop anywhere else for my heat fix. Thank you Hot Headz!!!!
