Im just gonna start by saying this is the best customer service I have ever experienced when buying a bike . The shop has a wide range of new and secondhand bikes. The owner is absolutely amazing and has an excellent knowledge about bikes and products and how customers will benefit from different types of bikes that are available. I will be recommending this place to anyone who is interested and I will be taking the bike back there for any future service that may crop up like new peddles and fancy tiers . I’m saving money now to accessories and do this bike up and I know I need look no further for any of my cycling needs. Thanks again

Visited Horsley Cycles for the first time today and was very impressed. My bike needed a new inner tube which took about 10 minutes to fix and cost £12. From previous experience other cycle shops have charged £25 and taken a few days to repair so I was very impressed with the efficiency and speed of the service. Highly recommend. Thank you HC

John did a great job rebuilding a set of wheels and even used a cassette off another bike so that I could use the bike at the weekend after my wheels were stolen. Really appreciate the effort and skill. Great local resource and bike shop. Many thanks Alex

John is just the best. Knowledgeable and highly skilled who can fix a rusty duffers to a top end racing bike. Builds great wheels as well. A proper bike shop and a proper cyclist running it. Don't be confused by what seems to be chaos it is an emporium of sales knowledge and repairs.

I dropped in to Horsley Cycles having read several great reviews on local bike forums.I met John and asked if he could take a look at a problem I was having with a front mech on a new build. John went over the build, checked everything out and helped get it sorted. He walked me through the problem (Shimano r7000, just don't, ok..) we had a great chat about different types of builds and components, and I left with a finely fettled bike, a new LBS that I completely recommend and great service. Will definitely be going back.
