CHECK YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE! Not the first time they have charged extra quantity on bulk items. I verbally told her I have four packs of meatballs in total. She scanned 1 and then put through another 4 so I payed for 5x in total when I only have 4 packs! This is not the first time. Just be careful, that’s the way they make extra money

As the owner of four Chinese restaurants, I rely heavily on hoo hing and other warehouses for my supplies, spending thousands of pounds there every week. Unfortunately, the service has been consistently disappointing. The staff are generally unfriendly and unhelpful, and the manager is particularly unapproachable and unresponsive to customer needs. It often feels like the staff are more interested in chatting among themselves than assisting customers, which makes me feel unwelcome. Cashiers are not friendly. Female supervisor is the worst. I met alot of restaurant owners here and they all agreed how bad they are. We feel like they like serving a Chinese customers but when it comes to us it’s different and I can assure you that’s how other restaurant owners feel. Despite my loyalty and significant expenditure, I am now actively looking for an alternative supplier and I will let everyone restaurant owners to change suppliers. I hope the management can address these issues to improve the shopping experience for all customers.

The best East Asian supermarket for miles. A good verify of food from many countries. If you like cooking real oriental food from Japan to Malaysia, Taiwan and china. You will find most of the ingredients hare. Some prices a little steep but it’s all in one place for easy spending.

Hoo Hing is a wonderful Chinese Supermarket, you will find all the popular products and fresh ingredients/produce you need. The staff are very friendly, offering their assistance during your shop. I have visited this specific store several times, and I love the quality and their frequent deliveries. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Great place for Chinese, Indian, Japanese and Thai ingredients. The frozen Chinese dumplings are very good. If you like to cook authentic Asian food it's a good place to get fresh, frozen ingredients and lots of different sauces.

A hidden cash and carry type shop embedded within a commercial warehouse style estate. Lots of variety of items that you would need for East Asian cooking as well as south east asian cooking too. I went in there for dumpling wrappers and came out with loads of items, will be going back for more.

Everything I need in terms of far east Asian food ingredients, decent prices. Just wish there were some more halal options. Staff are helpful too
