Had a fabulous theory beginners course on how to look after bees.
Rachel and Dave are so passionate about bees and the environment, made us all feel welcome, almost like long lost friends. As for John who did most of the talking (in a good way) was so enthusiastic, passionate and funny, made we want to take a Nuc of bees home there and then....they are all wintering of course!
Cannot wait till the practical day in April where we get to don the suits and meet the bees, weather permitting of course.
If you like bees, care for the environment or just want to have a great day with like-minded people book on to an experience day, you will not regret it.

An experience not to be missed! Absolutely loved our bee-keeping taster day. Rachel and Dave are incredibly knowledgeable and make you feel so relaxed. There's a good bit of theory before you get suited up to inspect the hives. Everything is explained so well you'll feel totally comfortable entering the apiary. Refreshments and sweet treats provided too - a fantastic way to meet like minded people, as well as getting a good taster of what bee keeping involves. We'd love to keep our own bees, so very pleased we found Rachel and Dave! Thank you.

Popped into the pop up shop today in a beautiful farm location. The hosts, Rachel and Dave were super friendly and informative about bees and the products made. Bought some cute bits and bobs and definitely considering a bee keeping experience now. Thanks for the mulled wine and mince pie!

I was bought a Bee keeping experience as a birthday present and didn't really know what to expect.

After meeting Rachel and Dave it was clear that this isn't a job or part time thing that it is a real passion project and their love and respect for Bees was evident to see.

I enjoyed the experience and expanding my knowledge on what Bees do, different types and how we are impacting their world. It was enjoyable chatting to them both.

I would recommend this experience.

We had a wonderful 1-hour beekeeping experience with Rachel and Dave. They’re both passionate about their bees and it shows! We both learnt so much about the bees beforehand, and left very impressed with everything they have done, the history of their beekeeping, and the ethical aspects of their business as well. They were both lovely to speak with and could have chatted to them for hours. We are looking forward to our next visit!

We had simply the most amazing experience with Rachel and Dave today! They are true experts in their field and their love and passion for all things bee is infectious! I have been using Honey bee happy products now for the past 2 years and I can’t believe the difference I have seen with these products. Especially the healing balm and lip balm I have found really helpful during winter months to prevent dry lips.
The candles are wonderful and look very decorative as well- owner Rachel always puts passion into the products she makes as well - thank you honey bee happy 🙂
