Bought a new toilet and bathroom sink and taps from Homecare a good few years ago. Sink tap leaking. Went to Homecare to see about a replacement tap/washer. Couldnt find receipt. They kindly searched their old database and their new database to see if they could find a copy of the sales details. They found the sales details and found the taps were still under warranty and ordered us the parts. Taken us a while but the tap was repaired today with the new cartridge. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

We recently had a kitchen bought and installed via homecare after spending months deliberating over which company to use; wren, magnet, etc etc. We decided to use homecare as they're a local Darlington firm, the show room was excellent with everything on hand to choose from, Darren helped plan everything superbly and was always available, and should they're be any problems we could just pop down. Service was outstanding from start to finish, products excellent quality and at a very reasonable price also. They recommended one of their kitchen fitters (Tony Sherlock) to do the install and I'm so glad they did, an absolute star, turned up when he said he would, nothing was too much trouble for him and his team accomodating last minute changes from my wife and the install and finish of the kitchen was immaculate...would definitely recommend homecare and if you can ask for Tony!

We recently purchased a Carronite “L” shaped bath, shower screen & bath panel to accommodate a shower into a small bathroom. Absolutely delighted with our purchase, great quality, robust material and fits perfectly into our small bathroom. I wouldn't recommend homecare supplies to anybody,my mother bought a fire from them,only had it 4weeks and it's stopped working twice,spoke to 4 people in total,customer service not good at all,very stressful experience, passed from pillar to post,the part for fire was sat in warehouse for a day and a half, they couldn't understand the urgency of getting the problem sorted,my mother is 82 and suffers from rheumatoid arthritis, poor customer service off paul manager,Joanne,Darren and Liz,if I could have put no stars I would have done,let's hope it doesn't have any more problems, very angry and frustrated with them,I'd give them a miss.
