100% satisfied!
They delivered a nice big builder's bag off well seasoned logs whilst we were out and tucked it away in the corner of the drive. Price seems very reasonable. The lass on the phone was very pleasant and friendly to deal with whilst ordering. Would definitely recommend and will reorder from home farm logs again!

Great customer service on the telephone where I was assured the delivery person would be happy to stack my logs. When he arrived with my order he was extremely rude when I asked him to stack the logs. As a person who has recently been widowed I do not need this kind of treatment. I have found an excellent supplier nearer to my home where ALL the employees are courteous and helpful. I'm sorry Home Farm but your surly, ill-mannered delivery person has lost you any future orders from me

I’ve used this company for a couple of years now. They were always reliable and the logs were huge, really thick and chunky so they burned really slowly - ideal! However they’ve recently changed ownership and todays delivery was a massive disappointment. The logs look like the ones bought in nets (the over-dried ones that burn really quick) and they’re mostly tiny, despite choosing the larger log option on their website when purchasing. There was also far less of them compared to the prior deliveries and to cap it off they called the other day to check delivery time at 10:30 today would be ok, I don’t know why as they didn’t appear until 1pm. To their credit, after I called them to chase, they did make arrangements to ensure it wasn’t any later than that but it’s pretty poor after arranging a 10:30 delivery in the first place and not bothering to let me know there had been a change of plan. Mostly due to the massive reduction in quantity and quality I’m afraid I will be looking for a new log supplier.

As always your product is great and the level of service amazing. You always put the logs in my garage rather than just leaving them on the drive. This allows me to fill the wood store without having to worry about the weather.

During the recent beast from the east cold snap i ordered another Builders Bag of seasoned hardwood from Home Farm Logs. The delivery was prompt and the bag placed really neatly on the drive . Would recommend to all. I'll continue to use for my next order.

High quality, nice dry hardwood logs burn clean and give a lot of heat. Delivery driver put them just where I wanted them and was very helpful. Competitive price too. Highly recommended.

One of the only local places I could find who do the 8 inch (small) kiln dried logs, and in stock! Great value and the first 2 bags we've used have been brilliant. Definitely will be buying again.
