I visited here today with my sister and my 3 year old niece. She had a great time and there was plenty for her to do. It's now for under 5's only but this means little ones don't have to worry about older kids charging around. The weather was nice so we were able to use the outside area too. We ate in the tea room and the food was very good and not too expensive. A lovely hot chocolate too! They don't like you to take your own food though. Adults don't have to pay and it's only £5.95 for children which is great value. There aren't any animals there anymore but there is still lots for little ones to do. A nice place to keep your children busy while you relax with a cuppa.

The soft play is no longer open. Very disappointed as was such a lovely calm space for babies and young kids.

Great little place but the Cafe is pricey. Kids lunchbox £5.50! Quite expensive for what it is and considering you cant bring your own food.
Kids had fun though so that's the main thing.

Not a great deal of places to take kids if you don't want to rough it outdoors in the winter, so this is a welcomed venue. More apparatus and better value here than at Happy Scamps in Horsham town. Free parking too. Unfortunately outdoors is shut in winter and be careful of the potholes in the car park.

Lovely soft play that our granddaughter really enjoys. Age limited and so no bigger children to contend with. Very friendly staff and a good cleaning regime.

We had a lovely time with my grand kids. Great outdoor space and real fun. Thank for the kind staff lady who helped us out with an umbrella. Very friendly people.

Pretty shocking, my sister met her friends there with her two children after traveling quite a way. One of them was over five and was told he was not allowed to go on anything at all, because the lady said they weren't insured for over 5s, ridiculous. He's just 9. She threatened if he went on anything she would see through the CCTV. There were adults jumping on the jumping pillows, and a large pirate ship he weren't allowed to step foot on. Crazy.
