I am beyond furious. You can look at my history of reviews and I have rarely ever left a negative review. I am a business owner myself and love supporting local businesses. We have two BRAND NEW 30lb Flame King tanks that we bought and filled them up twice before but our normal place was out of propane due to hurricane Milton. They worked perfectly fine. We needed them refilled so we came here. My husband brought them home and both tanks will no longer work on our generator. One of them was leaking propane so bad (even though the valve was closed) and we had to put it away from the house. My husband just brought them to Holloway’s today and they tried to tell us they must have a seal or valve issue. It’s obvious that both tanks were overfilled and in a time of crisis, this is not what we need to deal with. How is it possible that they were both completely fine and now both that they filled are ruined. I am now out $200 between the two tanks and the fuel inside them. Don’t ever get your propane tanks filled here bc they will damage your propane tanks and say it must be a tank problem.

At big box stores you are lucky if an employee can tell you where an aisle is. I came here looking for fox farm soil products and got actual help & know-how from the person working the shop. Helped me address some st. Augustine patchiness and filling in I'm working on. Happy places like this exist.
If you are looking to start a chicken/egg hobby, or need anything general yard & farm I would point you here. Visit some local nurseries that are great too and you are probably set.

Great store! I only buy corn here but there's all sorts of farm supplies here and the folks here are great. I like the small town country feed and seed feel of this spot (hard to find in this area). I like to support local family owned businesses as much as I can.

I stopped in to get two chicks for my broody hen. Turns out my internet research was missing many key details to help both my hen and new chicks. The knowledgeable gentleman working gave me some very helpful tips and I went home and renovated a separate part of my coop so they would have their own space. I can’t wait to get my two chicks tomorrow.

Way knowledgeable staff. Who knew I had the wrong watering setup for my chickens. Bought a Game Bird Fount and will plumb it to my house. The bucket i have with peck gimmicks doesn't give them enough water in summer heat.

I drive from Plant City to go to Holloway's. I get the organic chicken feed and the big bag of chicken scratch for the ducks that walk over from both neighbors ponds.
They built my chicken house, very sturdy, and well built.
They always carry my feed to the car, and if I get my tank filled with propane, they put it in the trunk for me.
They also sell milk, fresh eggs, pickles and honey.
One of the employees gave me the best advice on one of my chickens that I thought was a rooster. -"if it looks like a rooster but acts like a chicken, its probably a chicken." My leghorn chicken looked like a rooster compared to my white Plymouth rock chickens..lol.
