Yard Manager is a nightmare- nitpicks her liveries and micromanages everything from turn-out, to stable mucking. Won’t let liveries do proper stable mucking because she doesn’t want to empty the muck trailer more often. Insists fields are only poo-picked during the day, (even though ppl have full time jobs) and then won’t let ppl use torches to see paddocks at night because a horse might spook a football field away. Facilities lacking basic maintenance, horrible rat problem, and despite being promised a space in the tack room, nothing materialised even after 2 months. Avoid if you value your sanity.

What a place...what a place....
The horses are a reflection of those looking after them. I can tell you I love those horses soo much! I have learned and pushed myself beyond my expectations. And if there is somebody who knows how to push you...it will be Mike!
The only regret I have, is that I haven't started it earlier.
If you are new to horses or need polishing up your riding, I highly recommend this place!
