Our Hinch Distillery tour was outstanding, largely thanks to our guide, Becky. Her immediate warmth and enthusiasm set the perfect tone for a memorable visit.
Becky wasn't just knowledgeable; she was a superb storyteller, bringing the distillery's history and intricate processes to life. She patiently answered all questions, ensuring everyone felt engaged.
Becky's genuine personality, humor, and palpable passion for Hinch Distillery truly shone. She connected with each person, making us feel like valued guests.
The Whiskey tasting at the end of the tour was wonderful and we discovered a few new favourites to take home with us!

Fantastic experience on the premium whiskey tasting tour. So informative and Claire was a great guide. So welcoming and great craic. Went in not the biggest lover whiskey and came out with a bottle to enjoy! 10/10 will be back for the warehouse tour and gin experience!

Great experience at the Hinch Distillery, learning how to make our very own gin! Becky our guide was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of gin, and at helping us understand what types of infused flavours go well together. Super fun afternoon and our own gin to take home afterwards!

I recently celebrated my birthday with family by going on the Hinch Distillery tour and a having meal in the Era restaurant afterwards. Our tour guide Becky was brilliant from start to finish: friendly, fun, knowledgeable, passionate and engaging - she really made the experience so memorable. We walked through the distillery, with Becky keeping us informed of technical and historical elements of the art of distilling, with fun anecdotes along the way...

Then it was time for the tasting 🙂 We sampled four Whiskeys, and my favourite was one that I wouldn't have expected - the Maderia Cash finish! Becky knew i was searching for a bottle to mark my birthday and told me they had a special distillery exclusive bottle downstairs that was aged much longer, same finish but deeper flavour! When we returned to the giftshop we were able to have a sip, and I was sold!

Then off to the Era restaurant for some food, they were serving a bunch menu and I had the Buffalo Chicken waffle which was delicious and hearty. Everyone enjoyed their food, the staff were attentive and even organised a desert for us even though there wasn't sweet options on the menu.

A brilliant birthday celebration and a fun day out, highly recommended!

The Hinch Distillery's visitor center and shop offer a fantastic experience. The shop is well-stocked with their premium whiskies and gin, making it easy to pick up a unique bottle or two. The visitor center is stylishly designed, with informative displays that highlight the distillery's craftsmanship and history. A great stop for whiskey lovers!
