I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional room service this morning, thanks to Ravi, who truly made my day!
From the moment he walked in, his radiant energy and friendly demeanour brought a smile to my face.
Ravi's caring attitude and genuine approach to service are unparalleled (I've stayed at numerous 5-star elite hotels around the world, but I've never encountered someone quite like him)

His attention to detail and social skills are remarkable, making the entire experience feel personal and welcoming. I felt valued and appreciated, which is a rarity in today’s fast-paced world.

Our recent stay at Hilton London Canary Wharf was absolutely exceptional! The service was impeccable, the rooms were spacious and beautifully maintained, and the attention to detail throughout my visit was remarkable. The location is perfect for both relaxation and business, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my experience was memorable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—truly a five-star experience!

Xavier was extremely helpful during our stay We stayed here on New Years eve and Xavier was always ready to assist us.||Got a little late writing the review due to a little hectic journey.||The steam room is nice, although it can get slippery at times. It would be nice if they increased the timings of steam room.||The room was spacious as well!||The welcome message on the TV upon checkin was a nice touch! Same with the handwritten message next to the bed!||Once again, thank you Xavier for helping us with our luggage and providing us water whenever we asked!

Had a fantastic stay here, from Check in to check out everything went smoothly, all staff we came across was all well mannered, helpful, caring, happy!
Special mention to IRENE at the check in desk, such a lovely happy helpful lady! This lady was at check in and check out and gave the BEST service after all those hours such a pleasure! Breakfast was amazing, 1 gentleman in particular I did not catch his name went above and beyond for my husband even bringing him out several different types of yoghurt at no request, again a lovely gentleman who was genuinely enjoying his job, thank you all for a lovely stay

I stayed here with my family over the new year period and had an amazing time. I was looked after as a diamond member and the service was incredible. Special thanks to Kristyna for looking after us and making our stay so special. We throughly enjoyed the restaurant, breakfast, excutive lounge and sauna/steam facilities.

The experience was less than ‘Hilton’ like. It seemed like standalone hotel. The hotel did not have swimming pool, a very small gym and exercise room. We had good standard breakfast but overall we had a satisfactory experience only. We were not wowed like our other Hilton experiences.

The hotel is beautiful, everything look new and very well tended. The position is very convenient, just 5 minute walks from the subway and many stores; plus it’s right in the middle of a beautiful view of the skyline.
The staff was very nice and helpful, and I want to mention in particular Irin , that helped us with the check in and check out processes, she was incredibly nice and made us felt welcome in every possible way.
We had Breakfast included in our stay and was great.

Xavier was really great in helping me figure out all the hotel services, and also suggested to me a bunch of great local restaurants. I didn't have the time, but there's a great River Thames boat trip he suggested that looks amazing.||Don't hesitate in asking for him to help you out when you're in the lobby.
