We love this hotel, in its picturesque countryside location, backing onto the national forest, along with the added star factor of being the training grounds for the England team, there's something for everyone in the family at this hotel.||This hotel is another one of our regular staycation options in the UK, its not too far from more metropolitan cities, yet at the same time, it feels more remote in the best sense. It has an exec lounge that runs between 6pm and 8pm serving hot canapés, light snacks and drinks and the kids love this. They do their best to cater for everyone with there being halal and vegetarian options, pizzas, nuggets etc for kids and grilled wings, small pastries, selections of cheese and other starter style foods for those with a more discerning taste. ||The pool has several allocated family hours in the day, aswell as more quiet hours, for those without children. There's plenty of football memorabilia and tributes to past England captains and managers all over the hotel, making it a great location for a football lover to stay.||The staff are polite, helpful, and accommodating, and the rooms are great for families. We usually get upgraded to a suite and have had some absolutely fantastic suites at previous stays, with stunning views and balconies. Unfortunately, for this stay, the hotel was very busy, and suites were unavailable. However, we were happy with the deluxe family countryside king room we were in. It's fine for a shorter single or double night stay but if you're looking to spend more than a few nights it's ideal to get a suite as it gives you the added benefit of more space and the kid's sofa bed being in a separate area rather than right next to the main bed. ||Breakfast has a great many options, also including halal and vegetarian choices, and it's just such a great start to the day to have breakfast with views of the rolling countryside. Overall, another great stay with st. georges. Thankyou to all the staff for all your help and a special thanks to the exec lounge staff who are so accommodating and helpful.

We stay at this hotel quite regularly.
Having previously lived in the area we are fortunate enough to have an insight into its surroundings and the hotels facilities.
All I can from experience are excellent.
The hotels gym and spa are excellently equipped.
The food is both good in quality and sensible priced for a hotel these days.
The bedrooms have always been well presented and are very comfortable.

Something worth trying if you like a treat every now and again is to ask at the possibility of a room upgrade.
This can only be done on the day of your visit and is subject to availability.
If available they are offered at a discounted price and from experience are well worth it.
A great idea that Definitely scores a few brownie points.
Thank you Hilton and to anyone that chooses to stay at St George’s park enjoy.

Great hotel and location - it feels very prestigious and I saw a few famous people wandering around when I stayed here recently for a business trip.

Room was great, with a nice view and very comfortable bed. I loved that I could order from a ‘pillow menu’ with my preference of pillow.

Restaurant and food was great, albeit a bit expensive on drinks!

All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful, I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for just one night a few days ago
Our main reason was to visit the National Memorial Arboretum ( which is amazing!)
It's a big hotel with lovely grounds and plenty of space for everyone
There is a calm happy vibe here
Our King room was great and we enjoyed the pool very much...large jacuzzi / steam room / sauna and lovely heated loungers!!
Considering it was half term the hotel wasn't too busy
All staff were welcoming and friendly
We would definitely stay again if we were visiting the area

Unless you have to, I would stay elsewhere, check in was chaos with 1 rude receptionist working slowly and the others vanishing when the queue built up, room was large but in need of better cleaning and some maintenance, faulty socket, mould in the shower, frayed towels, thick dust under the bed and the creakiest bedframe I've ever had in a 5 star establishment.Even the heating AC had a rumble and had to be switched off at midnight. Rates are the same as a large London hotel. Breakfast was the only well managed part of the stay. Had a long conversation with them at checkout and emailed to follow up but no reply so they either know but don't care or just don't care.

Great venue, spotlessly clean and festively decorated. The food and the rooms and bathrooms are amazing. Only one criticism was the prices of the food and especially the drinks. I personally think that £9.45 for a single gin and lemonade to be excessive.

Unfortunately whilst the hotel looks fabulous and has a lot of services, the rooms were small, the bathroom small, the bed like sleeping on a dining table with creaking springs. ||Air conditioning did not work, no in room tea and coffee facilities. Tea and cups provided but no kettle. ||The group dining buffet for dinner was terrible. Cold food that should have been hot, lacked colour, quality, lustre and variety, desert cakes were hard like a cricket ball. |There is an in hotel Starbucks and the coffee was not drinkable. ||On a positive note, the wellbeing areas were friendly, clean and top quality services. ||Internet service lacking, wifi continually dropping out on both phones and tv services. ||This hotel was not Hilton quality or maybe it is .

Great conferencing facilities. Room are very large with good facilities. Food was nice for breakfast and evening meal. As a venue for work it is ideal.
