Afternoon tea at Hemel Hempstead garden centre today was absolutely fantastic, really recommend a visit here, the food was amazing, great selection of sandwiches and the cakes all made by the staff. The service from the coffee shop manager and her lovely colleagues made our birthday visit very special.

Very happy with our second trip for afternoon tea! Greeted by a lovely team who were very welcoming and showed us to our table, which was all ready for us. The team were attentive throughout our visit with hot drinks being replenished as required to wash down a wide selection of delicious, fresh sandwiches, cakes, scones and desserts - such good value too, you cannot go wrong...lovely little cafe that is also very clean and tidy...will definitely be returning again soon! Thank you!

Came into Hillier's Cafe on a Tuesday Morning, was welcomed by polite staff, the lady behind the till was lovely, she served cake and made a very nice hot chocolate. 10/10 would recommend. Would definitely go back with my mum for afternoon tea.

The food was tasty but very overpriced. When my friends son went to get his cookie which wasn’t included on his tray, he was treated very rudely by the manager who said “where’s your money then” even though she knew it has been paid for.
A member of staff called Andrea was very kind to us and the centre was super clean.

Had an amazing time at the Wreath Making Workshop today. Jacqueline and Tracey were so friendly and welcoming. I made a wreath, supported by the ladies. Enjoyed a lovely cup of coffee and mince pie in the cafe. Wreath up on the door!

Stop by at Hilliers cafe today after quite some time. The young girl at the till was very attentive and her happy face made our afternoon just that bit better. service with a smile, something we need to see more of in this world. Will certainly be returning again soon.

Had one of the best afternoon tea experiences ever. Staff were exceptional and the food was great too. The cake/scones were so fresh and delicious. They were very attentive despite being busy and everyone enjoyed themselves!
They were more than happy to accommodate dietary needs too. Would gladly recommend.
