As always, well stocked and well resourced from a staff perspective. My only comment is as a dog owner. Please, a covered area where we could take food purchased on site to be eaten? Please.

Very nice and curated garden centre. I loved the atmosphere even if I could not find what I was initially looking for. The staff is great, all smiles and very prompt. I ended up buying something anyway such was the pleasantness of the experience and the uplifting mood of the place. There is also a cafe and a small bookshop onsite

I’ve used Hillier for years, spending thousands to redo my entire garden. Today’s experience was awful! The staff were so rude each and every one of them. I was made to feel like my very presence in the centre was an inconvenience.I will be making a formal complaint and not returning!

Expensive tuna jacket potato experience £9.99 cheaper at M&S. In fact everything on the menu was same price. Do you ever feel Garden Centres try it on! My jacket was warm not completely cooked through. Had to ask for salad cream as the sachets were hidden behind the counter. Good Service.

4 of us had the most amazing afternoon tea today. Food was fresh and delicious and so much that we had to take some home in a box provided. Would go so far as to say it was the best we’ve had and would recommend highly. Special thanks to Amanda.

First visit used as a meeting place for coffee date.
The cafe was clean tidy with friendly staff. Value for money too. Cream tea, coffee and a slice of cake £10.
The plants looked well cared for but were a little expensive but I took the opportunity to view the sale table , which is often there, and found a beautiful Astilbe for £5. The inside was well stocked with lots of foods and gifts.

Had the afternoon tea with my husband and a couple of friends today - would recommend, absolutely delicious and the ladies serving us couldn't have been more helpful. Brought the sunshine back on a wet Saturday afternoon. Thank you for making it so special.
