I had an issue with a Hilka spray gun. I followed their troubleshooting guide but it still failed to work. I then contacted Hilka Support via their online form.
Eventhough I prioritised this as low, the response was very quick, positive & helpful. 2 days later a replacement arrived.
Excellent support service guys. I would defo buy Hilka again with this superb support.

What a fantastic service I've had from Nigel at Hilka. Nigel gave me loads of information on their products and the temporary wait for some stock which may be some time due to a new range that was being introduced. He advised me he'd contact me when stock was available. Despite my doubt, Nigel kept me updated and as soon as stock was available, he arranged everything for me. Such amazing customer service and what fantastic tools they make. Really impressed with Hilka quality and customer service, I will without a doubt be using them more going forward.

Lost the both keys to my Hilka toolchest, totally my own fault. Contacted Hilka, quoting number stamped on lock and two days later 2 replacement keys arrived in post. Excellent service.

Great tools at amazing prices. So good I've updated my toolbox to include a lot of their most useful items. Bunjee straps are amazing and versatile for so many things as well as clamps. Excellent range of gardening tools as well which was very useful during this lockdown period. Hand tools like hammers, screwdrivers, screwbits all very well made. No issues so far! Looking forward to their new additions each year!

It's not often you come across good customer service these days however when you do it should be celebrated with a little fanfare.

Step up Hilka customer service team for absolutely cracking customer service. I had an issue that Amazon didn't want to listen to but Hilka sorted it within half hour of my request being sent. Honestly really impressed as it wasn't a high ticket item and i wasn't expecting much.

Thank you Hilka customer service team, I'll be sure to buy your tools again.

The Norton Owners Club purchased a 270 piece Hilka Tool Chest for the winner of our 2020 Membership Survey Prize a couple of weeks ago. I'd jiust like to congratulate Sales Manager, Nigel Watley and his excellent team for looking after us perfectly and supplying a really good quality set of tools. Absolutely the Best!!! Hubby had an old Ratchet that he has used for well over 40 years, unfortunately he broke it. He contacted Hilka and the Team were so helpful and have sorted his problem. One very very happy Hubby, so one very happy me.

I have a Hilka 400 amp battery power pack, a good product in itself, it has got me and others out of trouble on several occasions, and I have a 2.5 Volvo Diesel. But the bigger pat on the back goes to their after sales department, always a sign of a company’s credibility, One of the leads crocodile battery terminal clamps, had broken, the responded to my e.mail within the hour and replaced the part free of charge the following day, thats worth a five star, well done Hilka
