Terrible staff attitude 😒. Used to be great service but not anymore.
Visited twice this month and each time a bad attitude. Today the man who has been there for too long, was more interested in going home. Honestly, said there was no such tool when I was showing him a photo.
I've just ordered it now from Amazon, cheaper as well.
The other experience was 2 members of staff not happy at me interrupting their staff gossip.
I can't believe the attitude now !😩

Stay away from from this scam company
We have ordered an item online from their website few weeks ago,also paid in full
It took them more.than a week to confirm they dont have that item instock
But now we ended up without a purchase and also cant get a refund
Luckily it wasnt that expensive
So heads up - its a scammer!

Fantastic compmay to deal with. Quick delivery, had a small issue with a faulty hinge, reported and replaced with no issue. Again very quickly. Highly recommend and swill use again.

This is a gem of a business and the cafe alone makes a trip worthwhile. If you want delicious, authentic Scottish food with all the trimmings then do yourself a favour and visit. The team are exceptional and when I mentioned my late mother loved visiting, they gave me a HiS hat - I wear this with pride in London! Keep up the terrific work; you're a Highland institution.

Went into your new milwaukee tool shop. The shop itself is 5 stars a lot of tools but what let it down was staff who didnt know what your talking about. I'd suggest some more time training and learning about the fantastic products you have on offer.
