Really disappointed with the curt and terse experience I had this morning on the phone. I wanted to enquire about a couple of products I was interested in purchasing and I totally understand that those products weren't necessarily going to be in stock but I felt that the response given to both my queries was quite rude. It was a single grumpy and abrupt "no" to each product enquiry, with a "it's too expensive" added to the end of one of them. As a customer I always try to treat people with politeness when I'm on the phone but unfortunately that wasn't reciprocated during this call. Shame as my partner called them a couple of months ago about something and they were incredibly helpful to him.

It's not the easiest place to get to and their price for jars is astronomical. Wishing I had ordered my jars online as I could get them for less than two thirds the cost and that's including delivery to my door! Never again!
