I attended a honey tasting workshop today. It was very informative and great fun. It’s amazing how different all the honey tasted. A great experience. So much different than supermarket honey! Helen is very knowledgeable and passionate about bees and honey. Thank you so much for a wonderful afternoon.

I attended a honey tasting event with Helen and it was absolutely magnificent. It was a real education on honey and the flavours of real honey were just unbelievable. I didn't know honey tasted so good. I have been a regular buyer of Helens local London honey and would highly recommend buying a jar. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Helen

By far one the the best honeys I have ever tasted! I never knew honey could be so melt in the mouth, rich and not shockingly sweet. Recently I attended a Honey tasting session that was organized by Highgate Honey and introduced to us by the lovely Helen.
I can Honestly say that I enjoyed this sweet adventure to the fullest! What an absolute delight it was! 😉

The advantage of directly interact with Helen and the other members of the group was great, we looked, sniffed -and of course- tasted some really remarkable types of honey with lots and lots of interesting extra information....
It took me over 2 intense hours to complete the session together with the other members, but what a treasure of information you handed out to us, Helen!!
It was absolutely amazing for a rookie like me to get dipped into the world of Honey taste and smell this way!
