Absolutely the best, freshest eggs I have ever tasted. Went to try out the new Shepherds Hut today, which is conveniently right by the road. Super easy system and takes card payments which was a huge plus. The baked goods had already all sold out (sadly), but just an excuse to go back.

Picked up some lovely Hi-line Browns today, Amelia the farm manager was fantastic, gave me lots of useful information regarding the birds, I was pleasantly surprised at how big they are for 11 weeks old, very clear that they put a lot of love and care into their operations. I would certainly recommend and will certainly be returning in the future.

I highly recommend HO Farm. Amelia is absolutely great, very friendly and very good at her job. Very happy with my hens and the high quality service I received. I also bought 2 dozen eggs. The nicest, freshest eggs I have ever eaten. Thank you!

Absolutely brilliant people to deal with. I ordered 4 hens and Amelia was an absolute delight to deal with and made the whole process really easy. When I arrived to collect my hens I was dealt with by Oscar who again was brilliant. As a first time owner I had a couple of questions and Oscar was more than happy to help. I would highly recommend higher oak farm and I’m sure I will be dealing with them again in the future.

Absolutely fantastic service, I ordered online and Amelia sent me a message when they were ready for collection.
The eggs are delicious and are by far the best I've tasted, the kids can't get enough and want them everyday!!!

Absolutely great farm. Love the Shepherds hut it's fantastic really is a gem in the counrty side. The breed of chicken's they had were excellent for choice I bought some fertilised eggs that are due tomorrow fingers crossed I will be posting pictures of some cute fluffy little chicks. Wishing you the best of luck for your wedding day I've got to add after our hatch from all the eggs we only had two successful which was the auracana who is absolutely tiny! Almost quail like, very strange. The second a light sussex, we were really disappointed with the hatch given that we expected such good quality what a shame.

Had a broody hen, purchased 6 fertile eggs.100% hatch rate.
I was 30 minutes late on a busy day for the folks at Higher Oak, but wasnt an issue very helpful all the way.
Highly recomended.
