I've recently used their services to get a copy of a photo issued in the Henley Standard. They were great, very polite and responsive over email and in person when I went to collect the photo in their shop.

Called for a quote, the lady I spoke to was rude and very unhelpful which is really disappointing. Wanted to shop local but this made me go elsewhere for the printing I needed.

I ordered a print job of 8 x wedding Table number cards and a poster for a wedding sign. The woman was rude on the phone from the beginning and seemed annoyed by the request to print these items. The print quality of the welcome poster was poor and our table number cards with images came out far too dark.

I sent my documents prior to arriving at the printers. They had not arrived yet when I entered the shop. I waited and checked my Sent items to confirm they had sent, which they had. I waited for 7 minutes. A member of staff came around the corner and very impolitely told me that my documents still had not arrived and it was probably "user error". I re-sent the documents and waited another 10 minute during which time I was totally ignored by all members of staff. I overheard one of them on the phone asking another customer to "check their Sent items"... so maybe it was not "user error" after all. I then approached another lady who very rudely told me that I needed to wait and that the documents would be printed should they arrive. Overall I was in this shop waiting for 20 minutes for the printing of 4 A4 documents.... I decided to leave and buy myself a printer. They truly need to work on their customer service skills!

I called for a quote, I was hoping to use this company to print my orders of service. I was polite throughout. I completely understand that I needed to provide a PDF to get a quote. Due to the time frame I had to make these I decided whilst on the phone, rather than the hassle of using Higgs Printing services I decided to produce them myself. This information obviously upset the person I was speaking with, who then ended our call by slamming the phone down. Their customer service seriously needs looking into. I will never be using Higgs services ever due to sheer rudeness.

I have been a customer of Higgs for years and without doubt I wish to say how much I have valued the professionalism and politeness of the staff throughout, let alone the superb and quick service that they have done for me and do always. Higgs is second to none in the printing services and stationer worlds and I cannot think for one second why any reasonable person might be inspired to criticise with perhaps such petty comments as those left below
