I purchased a new tractor mower, absolutely fantastic service, from the initial discussion where Edward explained the differences between the numerous machines, and which would best suit my needs, to delivery and Jack personally sorting the app on my phone and showing me the key features. A great team and I would highly recommend, this is personal service with a genuine desire to meet the customers needs across all aspects of garden tools and machinery.

They took it in not working. They identified "sludge" in the fuel line, changed the carburettor, fuel pipes and fuel. And it kicked into life. It would however, cut-out early for no obvious reason, took the mower back, diagnosed a "safety cut-out" failure and fixed that too.

Now it starts easily, runs without cutting out.
Great Job both technically and professionally.

We stumbled across Edward at Hertfordshire Garden Machinery when one of our Strimmers broke down onus a year ago and haven’t shopped anywhere else since. Edward recommended a brand we hadn’t used before which has turned out to be great!

This year we have had to purchase a sit on machine but with a number of caveats to our request based on size, access, fitting it into our van and terrain the mower will have to go over. Edward was knowledgable and run us through a variety of machines to identify the one that suited us best!

I took our lawnmower in for repair but it was excessively expensive to repair (due to parts cost from manufacturer) vs buying a brand new replacement. The team were very helpful in finding and recommending replacement models. The supplier seemed disorganised but Edward persisted to help us get suitable new model.
